Ryan Hulon Dies, Two Get Hurt After Motorcycle Crash on Highway 198
VISALIA, CA (November 9, 2022) — Ryan Hulon died while two other people got hurt in a motorcycle crash on Highway 198 on Wednesday night, November 2.
The fatal collision occurred near Ben Maddox Way at around 4:30 p.m. and involved a Yamaha motorcycle and a Toyota 4-Runner, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities said the Yamaha, driven by Hulon who had his wife on board, traveled east in 198 at a high rate of speed when it slammed into the rear end of the Toyota.
The force of impact ejected Hulon and his wife from the Yamaha while causing the Toyota to crash into a guard rail.
Hulon died at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota and the female Yamaha passenger received treatment at a local hospital for undisclosed injuries.
The cause of the incident and the factors surrounding it remain under investigation. No other information is made available at this time.
