Our Careers and Scholarship sections may also collect Protected Class Information (see Protected Class Information). Alpha Accident Lawyers, PC, abides by all state and federal laws protecting personally identifying information, protected health information, protected class information and any other private or sensitive information (including information potentially protected by attorney-client privilege) as required by law. This information is not disclosed to third-parties except where applicable by law.  Usage of this site does not create an attorney-client relationship or obligation. Minors may not inquire about our services without parental consent.

Your Rights Under California Law
