Amalia Judiscak Identified in Fatal Phoenix Crash on 40th Street

 
PHOENIX, AZ (May 16, 2023) – The Phoenix Police Department identified 17-year-old Amalia Judiscak after a fatal car crash on 40th Street on May 14.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Osborn Road. Based on a report, Judiscak was traveling north on the southbound side of 40th Street prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, she collided with another vehicle.
 
As a result, emergency responders found Judiscak and two other people with injuries. Crews took them to the hospital, where Judiscak died.
 
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
