Ralph Guerrero Arrested in Rollover Crash on G Street at 23rd Street [Merced, CA]

Woman Injured, Ralph Guerrero Arrested in Suspected DUI Crash in Merced

 
MERCED, CA (May 15, 2023) – Officers arrested 30-year-old Ralph Guerrero of Merced following a rollover crash on G Street on May 10.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at 23rd Street shortly after 9:00 PM. Based on a report, a 2023 Jeep, a 2009 Nissan Altima and a 2018 Subaru were traveling north on G Street at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, Guerrero who was driving the Nissan struck the Jeep. Subsequently, the Jeep collided with the Subaru and overturned in the incident.
 
As a result, a 29-year-old Merced woman who was driving the Jeep suffered moderate injuries. Emergency crews transported her to a trauma center for treatment.
 
Officers arrested Guerrero after they noticed signs and symptoms that he was under the influence.
