HENDERSON, TX (October 30, 2022) – Police confirmed that a woman suffered serious injuries in a pedestrian accident in the 1200 block of Highway 79 on October 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 8:00 PM. Based on a report, the woman was in the roadway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a car hit her.
 
As a result, the woman suffered major injuries in the incident. The Henderson Police Department confirmed that crews life-flighted the victim to Tyler after the incident.
 
Police said there will be no charges for the driver.
