BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 29, 2024) – The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified 45-year-old Estella Andino who died in a hit-and-run on Ming Avenue on April 13.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at P Street shortly after 2:00 AM. Based on a report, Andino was walking near the lanes when a vehicle struck her.
 
Subsequently, the vehicle fled the scene without helping the victim and calling the authorities.
 
As a result, Andino suffered severe injuries and died at the scene.
 
Investigators did not yet release any description of the hit-and-run vehicle and its driver.
 
As of now, they are investigating the crash. In addition, no other details are available.
