Adrian Vasquez Dies in Pedestrian Accident on Otoe Road [Apple Valley, CA]

Adrian Vasquez Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Otoe Road at Wyandot Road in Apple Valley

 
APPLE VALLEY, CA (April 11, 2023) – Officers identified 33-year-old Adrian Vasquez of Redlands as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Otoe Road on April 2.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of Wyandot Road. Based on a report, Vasquez was in the eastbound lane of Otoe Road prior to the crash.
 
At the same time, a Dodge Journey was traveling east. Due to unknown reasons, the driver of the Dodge did not see the pedestrian and hit him.
 
As a result, Vasquez suffered major injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
 
The adult male driver of the Dodge remained on scene to cooperate with the investigation.
 
As of now, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Major Accident Investigation Team is conducting an investigation.
