Elena McGraw-Ogans Suspected of DUI after Fairfield Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident

 
FAIRFIELD, CA (March 27, 2023) – Fairfield Police arrested 32-year-old Elena McGraw-Ogans after a hit-and-run on East Tabor Avenue on March 23.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Blossom Avenue around 8:00 AM. Based on a report, an 11-year-old girl was in the crosswalk at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, McGraw-Ogans struck her. Then, the suspect left in her Chevrolet sedan.
 
As a result, the girl sustained life-threatening injuries in the incident.
 
Officers believe McGraw-Ogans was under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time of the crash.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
