David Fox, Tucker Burk Identified in Injury Crash on 5 Freeway in Castle Rock

 
CASTLE ROCK, WA (January 26, 2023) – Officers arrested 61-year-old David R. Fox of Port Angeles after a two-vehicle crash on northbound 5 Freeway on January 22.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near milepost 49 around 7:12 PM.
 
Based on a report, Fox attempted to change lanes at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash. Because of this, he struck another vehicle driven by 23-year-old Tucker L. Burk of Bothell in the process.
 
Then, the second vehicle crashed into the freeway’s guardrail and flipped on its roof.
 
As a result, Fox and Burk suffered injuries in the incident.
 
Officers arrested Fox on suspicion of vehicular assault.
