Ivan Nikitin Identified in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Hazel Dell Avenue in Vancouver

 
VANCOUVER, WA (January 19, 2023) – The Clark County Sheriff’s Office identified 39-year-old Ivan Nikitin of Vancouver as the victim who died in a motorcycle crash on Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue on January 6.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Northeast 99th Street around 1:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was driving a Suzuki DRZ motorcycle at the time of the crash.
 
As a sedan driver was turning southbound onto Hazel Dell from a parking lot, it collided with the victim’s motorcycle.
 
As a result, Nikitin died in the incident.
 
The sedan driver was not hurt and remained at the scene.
 
No other information is known at this time. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit is investigating the collision.
