Hit-and-Run Driver Wanted after Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Everett

 
EVERETT, WA (January 5, 2023) – Everett police confirmed that a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run accident in the 7100 block of Evergreen Way on December 30.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened just after 7:30 PM. Based on a report, officers responded to Evergreen for a report of a car hitting a pedestrian.
 
As they arrived, the suspect driver already fled the scene.
 
As a result, Everett police said emergency crews took the pedestrian to the hospital, where he died. Officials did not release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
