LUBBOCK, TX (October 17, 2022) – Police identified 63-year-old Timothy Lee Harr as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Farm-to-Market Road 2641 on October 14.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Farm-to-Market Road 1264 around 4:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, Harr was trying to inflate the tire of his tractor at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, 23-year-old Stephanie Fair struck him.
 
As a result, Harr died in the incident.
 
The Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed that officers arrested and charged Fair with Intoxication manslaughter. They took her to the Lubbock County Detention Center.
