William Brunt Jr. Killed, Three Injured in Crash on Highway 62/82 [Lubbock, TX]

William Reese Brunt Jr. Dies in Fatal Car Accident in Lubbock

 
LUBBOCK, TX (October 11, 2022) – William Reese Brunt Jr. was killed following a crash on US Highway 62/82 on September 5.

The Texas Department of Public Safety responded to a fatal crash that occurred on Monday, east of Lorenzo. Investigation showed that Brunt Brunt parked his vehicle on the shoulder of the road when an eastbound vehicle slammed into it.

According to reports, 71-year-old Brunt of Fairfield succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.

DPS reported three more injuries. Responders transported both of them to a University Medical Center.
