Teenagers Sherene Walema and Tatum Meins Killed, Three Other Teens Injured in Kingman Rollover Accident

 
KINGMAN, AZ (April 18, 2023) — 17-year-old Tatum Meins and 15-year-old Sherene “Siri” Walema died in a car crash that also injured three others on Thursday, April 13.
 
According to reports, the solo vehicle rollover crash happened at 9:50 p.m. in the 3500 block of Louise Avenue. Deputy police chief said a Dodge Sedan traveled eastbound on Louise Avenue.
 
After that, it slid sideways and hit two electric poles. After that, it rolled multiple times before coming to a stop.
 
Meins died at the scene. Paramedics transported Walema to Kingman Regional Medical Center where she died.
 
Medics also airlifted the 16-year-old male driver and two other passengers to a Las Vegas hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Reports released their names as Brady Shuffler, Reilly Feil, and Cannon Cobanovich.
 
Police said excessive speed played a role in the crash.
 
A GoFundMe page was set up to help the families of the deceased with burial expenses.
 
The Kingman Police Department, with help from the Department of Public Safety, handles the ongoing investigation.
