Man Struck and Injured by Vehicle on 82 Freeway in Yakima
YAKIMA, WA (March 27, 2023) – Yakima police confirmed that a 62-year-old was hurt in a pedestrian accident on 82 Freeway on March 20.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at North 1st Street around 7:45 PM. Based on a report, the victim was walking in the roadway at the time of the crash.
Due to unknown reasons, a black Chevy Equinox heading north on 1st Street struck him.
As a result, the victim suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
