Three Hospitalized after Clinton Head-On Car Crash on Highway 525

 
CLINTON, WA (March 27, 2023) – Police confirmed that two teenage girls from Lake Forest Park – aged 15 and 17 – suffered injuries in a head-on crash on Highway 525 on March 19.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near Cedar Vista Drive around 8:00 PM. Based on a report, a 24-year-old Clinton man was driving a Dodge Dakota truck north on the highway at the time of the crash.

Due to unknown reasons, he collided head-on with the teens’ Mini Cooper.

As a result, emergency crews transported the girls to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for their injuries.

In addition, crews took the Clinton man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment of injuries.

Investigators believe alcohol or drugs were involved and charges against the man were pending, according to the state patrol.

At this point, an investigation into this crash is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
