Loren Honanie Involved in Serious Phoenix Crash on 40th Street

 
PHOENIX, AZ (February 21, 2024) – The Phoenix Police Department arrested Loren Honanie and a man following a DUI crash on 40th Street on February 9.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at University Drive shortly after 12:30 AM. Based on a report, Loren Honanie was driving a vehicle when she collided with another driver. Officers only described the vehicles as a crossover SUV and a pick-up truck.
 
As a result, two people sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash. Emergency crews transported them to the hospital for treatment.
 
Officers issued Honanie a citation before booking her and the other driver into jail. Police said the other driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for suspected DUI.
