LAREDO, TX (February 21, 2024) — A woman identified as 25-year-old Kassandra Lozano died in a multi-vehicle crash on Monday, February 12.
 
According to Laredo police, the incident took place in the 5200 block of Bob Bullock Loop, near Lake Casa Blanca International State Park at about 2:30 a.m.
 
Reports said Lozano was a passenger in a Chevy Corvette involved in the collision involving three vehicles.
 
Preliminary reports said paramedics transported four others who suffered injuries in the crash to area hospitals.
 
The incident caused a closure along South Loop 20 from Sinatra Parkway for about two hours.
