Bicyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Wichita Falls

 
WICHITA FALLS, TX (October 26, 2022) – Police are now looking for the hit-and-run driver involved in a fatal bicycle accident on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on October 24.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Flood Street around 5:15 AM.
 
Based on a report, officers received a call about an accident in the area. Upon arrival, they found the bicyclist with injuries that appeared to have been caused by an impact from a crash.
 
As a result, Wichita Falls police officers said crews transported the victim to the URHCS, where he later died. Officials did not yet identify the victim.
 
In addition, police has no details regarding the suspect vehicle that struck the victim. As of now, they ask anyone with tips to call Wichita Falls Crime Stoppers at (940) 322-9888.
