TYLER, TX (October 26, 2022) – Police identified 46-year-old Caleb Roach as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on East Southeast Loop 323 on October 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Highway 110 around 12:13 AM.
 
Based on a report, Roach was standing nearby the intersection at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a car traveling northbound on Troup struck him.
 
As a result, Tyler Police Department officers confirmed that Roach died in the incident.
 
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
