Father, Daughter Hospitalized After Spring Bicycle Crash on Oak Moss Drive

 
SPRING, TX (March 28, 2023) – A father and his 6-year-old daughter sustained injuries after a vehicle struck them on a bicycle crash on Monday morning, March 27.

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the crash took place around 7:40 a.m. on the 7800 block of Oak Moss Drive at Theiss Mail Route located near Klein High School.

Preliminary investigation reported that the crash involved a father riding his bicycle with his daughter seated in the attached carriage and a white Chevy or GMC pickup truck.

Authorities detailed that the two victims were just a few feet away from the intersection when a vehicle struck them.

Residents living near the area of the crash also added that they have seen accidents happening all the at the four-way stop.

Both the father and daughter were taken to a hospital and are expected to recover soon, police said.
