RANDALL COUNTY, TX (January 17, 2023) – Officials identified 16-year-old Tiana Quillin as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 27 on January 8.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 7:35 PM.
 
Based on a report, Quillin was walking on the roadway in an unknown direction at the time of the crash. At the same time, a Hyundai was traveling northbound on the frontage road of the highway. Due to unknown reasons, the car struck the victim.
 
As a result, Quillin suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported her to a hospital where, she later died.
