Hit-and-Run Driver Arrested after Fatal Pedestrian Accident on 410 Freeway

 
GRANDVIEW, TX (November 28, 2022) – Police confirmed that one person died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on 410 Freeway on November 20.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the man had an argument with his girlfriend prior to the crash. Subsequently, he got out of his car and walked home along the shoulder of the road.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a black sedan struck him from behind. After that, San Antonio police said the vehicle fled the scene.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officers did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
 
Police found the sedan abandoned near the area. Later on, police found arrested the vehicle’s driver for failure to render aid.
