Jacky Gaschot Struck and Killed by Suspected DUI Driver Crystal Dominguez in Austin

 
AUSTIN, TX (November 7, 2022) – Police identified 62-year-old Jacky Gaschot as the victim who was struck and killed by a suspected DUI driver in the 800 block of East Riverside Drive on November 4.
 
According to the Texas Safety Department, the collision happened at approximately 5:22 PM.
 
Based on a report, Gaschot and another pedestrian were on the road at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, 30-year-old Crystal Dominguez hit them.
 
As a result, the Austin Police Department said that Gaschot died at the scene.
 
Emergency crews transported the other pedestrian to a hospital with injuries.
 
Police charged Dominguez with intoxication assault and intoxication manslaughter.
