One Killed in Police Chase Accident on Pacific Coast Highway Nine Vehicles Involved in Fatal Police Chase Accident on Pacific Coast Highway near 5th Street in Seal Beach SEAL BEACH, CA (March 31, 2023) - Seal Beach police confirmed that one person died in a police chase accident on Pacific Coast Highway on March 29. According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near 5th Street shortly after 8:00 PM.
