DENVER, CO (March 21, 2024) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that a woman died in a pedestrian accident on 19th Street on March 9.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Larimer Street around 12:17 PM. Based on a report, the woman stepped into traffic.
 
At that point, a vehicle hit her.
 
As a result, the woman sustained grave injuries in the incident. Paramedics transported her to a hospital, where she later died. Officials did not yet release the victim’s identity, pending next of kin notification.
 
The driver stayed at the scene of the crash and police said there were no pending criminal charges.
