Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Highway 90 in San Antonio

 
SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 30, 2024) – The San Antonio Police Department confirmed that a woman died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 90 on April 20.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at the General McMullen exit around 2:00 AM. Based on a report, the victim was a passenger on a motorcycle.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle sideswiped the bike, throwing both the victim and the motorcycle’s driver.
 
As a result, the victim suffered severe head trauma. EMS attempted lifesaving measures, but she died at the scene. Officials did not release her name, pending kin notification.
 
The motorcycle driver suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
 
Crews closed Highway 90 westbound for a few hours while they worked on the wreck.
 
As of now, the officers are investigating the crash. In addition, no other details are available.
