Stolen Car Involved in Fatal Accident on West Northern Avenue in Pueblo

 
PUEBLO, CO (April 30, 2024) – The Pueblo Police Department confirmed that three teens died in an accident on West Northern Avenue on April 12.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Beulah Avenue. Based on a report, the victims were inside a stolen white sedan traveling at a high rate of speed with its headlights off.
 
Subsequently, the car crashed into a truck turning north onto Beulah Avenue from eastbound Northern Avenue.
 
As a result, a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old suffered severe injuries and died at the scene. A third person, a 14-year-old boy, died at the hospital. The coroner’s office did not release their names, pending kin notification.
 
There was no word on the condition of the truck driver who was hit.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
