Motorcyclist Ulisses Torres Identified in Fatal Phoenix Accident

 
PHOENIX, AZ (October 3, 2023) – The Phoenix Police Department identified 33-year-old Ulisses Torres who died in a motorcycle accident on Indian School Road on September 28.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at 19th Avenue around 10:00 PM. Based on a report, Torres was driving through a green light on 19th Avenue at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a car that was attempting to make a left turn hit him.
 
As a result, Torres sustained life-threatening injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported him to a hospital, where he later died.
 
The driver of the car stayed on the scene and did not show any signs of impairment.
