Tyrone Rausaw Struck and Killed While Mowing Lawn in Nacogdoches

 
NACOGDOCHES, TX (April 11, 2024) Nacogdoches police identified 62-year-old Tyrone Rausaw from Nacogdoches who died in a pedestrian accident in the 100 block of Northeast Stallings Drive on March 25.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened around 5:16 PM. Based on a report, the victim was mowing grass at the time of the accident.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle left the roadway and hit him.
 
As a result, Rausaw suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
The driver of the vehicle was taken to a local hospital and cooperated with investigators.
 
As of now, the officers are investigating the crash. In addition, no other details are available.
