Three Vehicles Involved in Fatal Crash on Judson Road in Longview

 
LONGVIEW, TX (July 17, 2023) – The Longview Police Department confirmed that two people died in a multi-vehicle crash in the 3600 block of Judson Road on July 6.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened right before the North Spur 63 intersection around 8:00 PM. Based on a report, a Ford truck was traveling northbound in the center lane right of the road prior to the crash.
 
As the vehicle approached the intersection with a green light, a Mazda that was traveling south attempted to turn left onto Hill Street and collided with the Ford. The Mazda went off the road and hit another vehicle.
 
As a result, the driver and passenger of the Mazda sustained grave injuries in the incident. Crews took them to a local hospital, where they later died. Officials did not yet release their names, pending kin notification.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
