BULLARD, TX (August 15, 2023) — Two people died in a motorcycle accident on FM 346 in Smith County on Saturday, August 5.
 
According to a local news source, the crash happened near the intersection of FM 346 and CR 188 just before 2:00 p.m. The Texas Department of Public Safety said that two people rode on the motorcycle that collided with an Audi SUV.
 
Authorities confirmed both occupants of the motorcycle died in the crash. They also reported that the driver of the Audi sustained injuries.
 
The identities of the deceased victims were not immediately released.
 
The DPS, The Smith County Emergency Services, and the Flint Fire Department responded to the fatal crash.
