Fatal Accident on Bay Area Boulevard in League City

 
LEAGUE CITY, TX (October 2, 2023) – The League City Police Department confirmed that two people died in a car accident on Bay Area Boulevard on September 24.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened near FM-518 shortly after 10:00 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle was heading northbound on Bay Area Boulevard at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, its driver lost control and the Jeep left the roadway, striking a tree in the center median.
 
As a result, two people inside the car sustained grave injuries. Paramedics attempted to render aid but they died at the scene. Officials only identified the women as a 27-year-old and a 32-year-old.
