Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Driver Tellis Natrail in Las Vegas

 
LAS VEGAS, NV (October 2, 2023) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrested 25-year-old Tellis Natrail after a fatal pedestrian accident on September 19.
 
According to the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Tara Avenue around 3:00 PM. Based on a report, a man was walking north on the sidewalk on the west side of South Valley View Boulevard toward an alley prior to the crash.
 
At the same time, Natrail was eastbound from an alleyway south of Tara Avenue. Due to unknown reasons, the pedestrian entered the path of Natrail’s vehicle, causing a collision. Natrial then ran the victim over while he was on the ground.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials only identified him as a 52-year-old man.
 
Police said Natrail left the crash scene after but they were able to locate him and his vehicle. They arrested him for DUI and hit-and-run-related charges.
 
As of now, the investigation into the crash continues. In addition, no other details are available.
