Taylor Druliner Dies after Fatal Lynnwood Hit-and-Run on Highway 99

 
LYNNWOOD, WA (April 3, 2024) — Officials identified 30-year-old Taylor Druliner as the woman killed in a hit-and-run on Tuesday, March 19.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred on Highway 99 just south of the 148th Street Southwest at about 8:50 p.m.
 
WSP said Taylor was in the center lane of southbound Highway 99 crossing the road when a vehicle struck her. They said she sustained serious injuries and the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
 
Druliner’s family said she suffered traumatic damage to her head and she has to be placed on life support.
 
A week after the incident, Taylor’s mom, Carol McKinnon, said they lost hope of keeping her daughter alive. According to her, Taylor took a turn for the worse and they coordinated with organ donation so they could let her go.
 
In a Facebook post, Carol said Taylor died at 11:07 a.m. on Sunday, March 30. Loved ones made a GoFundMe page to help Taylor’s family with the medical and funeral expenses.
 
Meanwhile, investigators said the suspect vehicle appeared to be a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Toyota Corolla.
