Sylvia Clavel Dies in Accident on FM 307 at Country Road 1110 [Midland, TX]

Sylvia Clavel Identified in Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash in Midland

 
MIDLAND, TX (November 29, 2022) – Police identified 43-year-old Sylvia Pulido Clavel of Midland as the victim who died in a crash on Farm-to-Market 307 on November 24.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Country Road 1110 around 8:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, a 61-year-old Midland man was driving a Ford F-150 when he failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign at the intersection. Subsequently, Clavel’s Nissan Sentra struck the vehicle.
 
As a result, Clavel died at the scene. Police said she wasn’t wearing a seat belt at that time.
 
Clavel’s 83-year-old female passenger and the driver of the Ford were not hurt in the crash.
 
As of now, an investigation is ongoing.
