Sylvia Adams Identified in Fatal Car Crash in Sherman

 
SHERMAN, TX (July 11, 2024) – The Sherman Police Department identified 70-year-old Sylvia Adams of Wichita Falls who died in a crash on Highway 75 on June 19.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at FM 1417 around 11:03 AM. Based on a report, Adams was driving a vehicle when she crashed into another car.
 
As a result, Adams sustained grave injuries in the incident. Officers arrived and found her without a pulse. EMS performed life-saving measures and transported her to a hospital, where she later died.
 
The driver of the other vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
