Steve Elijah Carmona Identified in El Paso Semi-Truck Crash on 10 Freeway

 
EL PASO, TX (April 2, 2024) – The El Paso Police Department identified Steve Elijah Carmona who died in a multi-vehicle crash on 10 Freeway on March 23.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash at Lee Trevino Drive d happened around 4:40 PM. Based on a report, a semi-truck collided with four other vehicles.
 
Special Traffic Investigations unit responded and found the truck that rolled over in the lanes.
 
As a result, Carmona suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. A GoFundMe was set up to support Carmona’s family.
 
Fire dispatch said one other person was transported with minor injuries.
 
As of now, the officers are investigating the crash. In addition, no other details are available.
