Steve Carmona Identified in Fatal Crash on 10 Freeway in El Paso

 
EL PASO, TX (April 1, 2024) – Officials identified Steve Elijah Carmona who died in a multi-vehicle crash on 10 Freeway on March 23.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened at Lee Trevino Drive. Based on a report, the special traffic investigations unit responded to a rollover crash involving a semi-truck.
 
Fire dispatch said they found four other vehicles in the crash scene.
 
As a result, Carmona suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
Fire dispatch said one other person suffered minor injuries.
