LITTLE ELM, TX (December 5, 2023) — 41-year-old Rosita Ushanna Sherfield, of Union Park, died in a hit-and-run on Wednesday, November 1.
 
According to the Little Elm Police Department, the incident happened in the 26700 block of East University Drive, between Gazebo Road and Navo Road at about 8:15 p.m.
 
Police released few details about how the crash occurred. However, they later issued an update asking for help finding two vehicles and their drivers.
 
Police described the vehicles as a dark-color SUV and a white Honda car, possibly a Civic. One or both may have damage to the front and front right of the vehicles.
