ARANSAS PASS, TX (November 3, 2022) – Police identified Rogelio Alonso Puente as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident in the 5100 block of 35 Freeway on October 30.
 
According to the Texas Safety Department, the collision happened at the northbound lanes of the freeway around 7:24 PM.
 
Based on a report, Puente, was crossing the highway in the westbound direction at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a truck hit him.
 
As a result, the Austin Police Department confirmed that Puente died at the scene.
