Robert Raigoza Dies After Being Hit in Pedestrian Crash on Draper Street at Frontage Road

 
KINGSBURG, CA (January 31, 2023) — Robert Raigoza died after being struck by a vehicle in a pedestrian crash on Draper Street at Frontage Road on Friday morning, January 20.

The fatal incident occurred at around 6:45 a.m., according to the Kingsburg Police Department.

Authorities said 53-year-old Raigoza walked northbound across Draper Street when a pickup truck hit him.

The force of impact inflicted fatal injuries to Raigoza, who died at the Community Regional Medical Center.

The driver of the pickup truck stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The cause and factors behind the crash remain under investigation.
