Jasmine Villa Dies in Bakersfield Car Crash

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 31, 2023) – 27-year-old Jasmine Nicole Villa died and another woman was injured in a car crash on Friday, January 20.

According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the fatal crash occurred around 1:00 a.m. at the intersection of Santa Fe Way and Kratzmeyer Road.

Based on a report, Villa was driving a Honda Odyssey minivan with a female passenger. For unknown reasons, the minivan drove off road, struck an orchard, and hit multiple trees afterwards.

As a result, Villa succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene.

Responders found a woman who was believed to be the passenger of the vehicle. Officials sent her to a nearby hospital for treatment.
