LAS VEGAS, NV (April 1, 2024) — A rider sustained critical injuries after a bicycle accident on Valley View Boulevard on Friday, March 22.
 
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred at about 10:26 a.m. near Valley View Boulevard and Twain Avenue.
 
LVMPD said the incident involved a vehicle and a bicyclist.
 
Paramedics transported the bicyclist to UMC Trauma in critical condition.
 
Police do not believe impairment contributed to the accident.
