Ricardo Iglecias Struck and Killed by Vehicle While Jogging in Windsor

 
WINDSOR, CA (April 27, 2023) – The Windsor Police Department identified 50-year-old Ricardo Iglecias of Santa Rosa as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Old Redwood Highway on April 22.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Pleasant Avenue around 10:20 PM.
 
Based on a report, Iglecias was jogging from the west side to the east of the highway at the time of the crash. A witness said he crossed in front of a southbound vehicle and was hit.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
