PHOENIX, AZ (October 24, 2023) – The Phoenix Police Department arrested 42-year-old Rene Uriate following a crash on 23rd Avenue on October 15.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Camelback Road around 1:00 AM. Based on a report, Uriate was at fault in a crash with another vehicle.
