Raphael Landry Suspected of DUI after Hit-and-Run on Highway 2 in Snohomish County
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA (August 4, 2023) – Officers arrested 25-year-old Raphael Landry after a hit-and-run on Highway 2 on July 28.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at milepost 39 at approximately 10:21 PM. Based on a report, Landry was driving the wrong way in the westbound lane prior to the crash.
Subsequently, he struck a 20-year-old man and continued driving eastbound.
As a result, the victim suffered injuries in the incident. Crews took him to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
Officers found and took Landry into custody for driving under the influence.
At this point, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
