Fatal DUI Accident on 70 Freeway in Denver

 
DENVER, CO (August 4, 2023) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that one person died in an accident on 70 Freeway on July 30.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the collision happened during early morning at the Central Park Boulevard. Based on a report, a woman was driving a vehicle near the intersection when she hit a parked vehicle on the side of the road.
 
As a result, the woman’s passenger sustained grave injuries and died at the scene. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
Officers held the woman for investigation of vehicular homicide.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
