PHOENIX, AZ (November 17, 2023) – Phoenix Police identified 65-year-old Randy Stover who died in an accident on Central Avenue on November 9.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, Stover was driving a vehicle with three passengers at the time of the crash. Based on a report, he suffered a medical emergency while driving north on Central Avenue.
 
Phoenix Police Department officials said Stover lost control of the vehicle before it rolled over and crashed into the desert area.
 
As a result, Stover suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
Three others, two men and a teenager, were taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
