COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (November 17, 2023) – The Colorado Springs Police Department arrested driver Alysa McAnally following a DUI crash on Galley Road on November 11.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at North Academy Boulevard near Citadel Mall. Based on a report, an Acura was heading eastbound on Galley Road at the time of the crash.
